Who We Are

MARLTON was established in 1984 to provide professional services with respect to the financing, sale and acquisition of businesses and real estate investments. Marlton Business Brokers, a division of Marlton Realty Ltd, was created to specialize in the confidential sale and purchase of established medium market businesses. Marlton Realty Ltd. is a registered real estate broker in the province of Manitoba. Our boutique firm represents both buyers and sellers, serving as business locators, intermediaries and negotiators. Marlton Business Brokers is a specialist with real market knowledge which provides its clients with experienced guidance and successful results.

As professional business intermediaries, Marlton is comprised of qualified personnel (C.A., M.B.A.) highly trained in the intricacies of the business sale including the ability to handle the interpersonal dynamics and emotions prevalent in the final phases of some transactions. Marlton has established a track record of success in mergers and acquisitions and dispositions utilizing an established network of legal, accounting and finance professionals. Marlton has experience and success with all levels of business, completing transactions with small privately held family companies as well as large publicly traded companies.

Gary’s career spans both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. He is well qualified in both the operational and transactional aspects of business.

Gary has more than 20 years of successful experience selling businesses. Gary’s experience includes working with a variety of industries including Metal Fabrication, International Franchises, High-Tech, Health-Care, Finance, Industrial Distributors, Transportation, Automobile Dealerships, Professional Service, Retail, Oil and Gas etc,

One of Gary’s key strengths as a business facilitator is his innovative and entrepreneurial problem solving ability. Gary provides his clients with the confidence that comes from someone who has the experience gained from completing hundreds of successful business transactions.

Gary is a proud father of three and enjoys the challenge of raising three active children with his wife. When he isn't coaching hockey, or driving his kids to dance, piano, hockey or basketball, he spends his time traveling, jogging and listening to Frank Sinatra.
